This book is very helpful with why it's bad to take some of those blood pressure pills & what you can change to get off them & keep off them. Even though I don't have high blood pressure, I read it. (Has been for years) He seemed interested & bought it along with other pamphlets that came with it. Showed it to my husband, since he has been diagnosed with high blood pressure & is on medication.
